This paper exams potential technologies to improve Current National Bibliography. It is based on perspectives about diffusion of national bibliographic heritage and actual IFLA guidelines for national bibliography, it aims to analyze three categories of applicable technologies: participatory, collaborative, and disruptive technologies.
