Bicornuate uterus and aortocaval compression [PDF]
Summary A severe case of supine hypotensive syndrome associated with a bicornuate uterus is presented. It is suggested that failure of left lateral tilt to prevent the syndrome was associated with anatomical displacement of the uterus to the right. The importance of trying right lateral tilt, if response to left tilt is poor, is noted.
