High Yield Branched Puromycin Linker Design Enables Efficient cDNA Display and Chemical Modification of Peptides

open access: yesBiotechnology and Bioengineering, EarlyView.
A novel puromycin linker for cDNA display was synthesized via SPAAC reaction. Its functionality was confirmed by recovering intact DNA after selection against EpCAM. The system also enabled the verification of bicyclic peptides during display, demonstrating its utility for constructing and screening structurally complex peptide libraries.

Mechatronic Bicycle Storage : Rotary bicycle storage developed for bicycle rooms

open access: yes
This bachelor thesis is aimed at creating an improved version of traditional two-story bicycle racks, common in bicycle rooms. The purpose is to remove the need for heavy lifting when loading and unloading bicycles, while simultaneously enhancing safety and utilization. The solution presented in this project is to create an automated rotary system that

Operationalising Sufficiency in an Organisational Context: A Systematic Literature Review

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Efficiency‐led sustainability is important but often fails to deliver absolute reductions in resource use, leaving organisations exposed to rebound effects. What remains underexplored is how sufficiency, the strategic limitation of consumption and resource use, is operationalised within organisational contexts.

Think Global, Act Local? Fortune 500 Business Strategies for Sustainable Cities and Communities (SDG 11)

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The role of business towards achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) has been well established. However, SDG contextualization continues to pose a conundrum, particularly for firms operating in multiple contexts. This becomes even more problematic in the case of SDG 11, the only goal in the sustainable development agenda directly

Addressing the Attitude Behaviour Perception Gap—Multimethod Sustainable Tourist Behaviour Evaluation

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Quantitative and perceptual studies have been used to define and model sustainable tourist behaviour in past years, but few studies have undertaken qualitative research of actual behaviour to delve deeper into understanding the different classifications of such behaviour. This research employed a three‐phase design, comprising a pretrip survey,

Impact Measuring in Sustainable Ventures: A Process Perspective

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Impact measurement is crucial for sustainable ventures to quantify their contribution to sustainable development. Although research has highly focused on impact measurement as a static activity, we conduct a qualitative study to explore how impact measuring as a process unfolds over time.
