Validation of the City Birth Trauma Scale in a sample of Norwegian mothers
Acta Obstetricia et Gynecologica Scandinavica, EarlyView.The Norwegian City Birth Trauma Scale (City BiTS‐Nor) demonstrated strong psychometric properties in a sample of 1079 mothers. A bifactor structure and high reliability support its use for assessing childbirth‐related PTSD symptoms. Findings highlight its clinical utility for screening and guiding targeted interventions in perinatal mental health care.
