Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study identifies the RUNX1/SLAMF3 axis as a key driver of colorectal cancer liver metastasis (CRLM). SLAMF3 suppresses macrophage phagocytosis and depletes C1QC⁺ tumor‐associated macrophages, promoting an immunosuppressive microenvironment. Targeting this axis restores macrophage and CD8⁺ T cell activity and reduces metastasis.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.An efficient photoinduced and metal‐free method is developed for direct α‐C–H monoalkylation of alcohols utilizing the CO2‐DBU system as the hydrogen bond acceptor (HBA) in the presence of H2O, allowing for selective functionalization of alcohols with a broad substrate scope.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.FOXM1 maintains mitochondrial bioenergetic function by inhibiting MKRN1‐mediated ubiquitination of LKB1 in cardiomyocytes. Loss of FOXM1 in cardiomyocytes results in upregulation of MKRN1, which enhances LKB1 ubiquitination and disrupts AMPK signaling and energy metabolism pathways. Advanced Science, EarlyView.Utilizing their commensurate lattices, a LiF@Ag heterostructure is fabricated for Li epitaxy, featuring Ag nanoparticles grown on 2D LiF layers. The composition pinning effect inhibits Li‐Ag alloying and maintains the high lithiophilicity and fast adatom migration associated with Ag.
