Intelligent Soft Opto‐Magnetic Robot for Minimally Invasive Interventional Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An intelligent soft opto‐magnetic (iSOM) robot is developed that integrates remote magnetic actuation, skin‐mimic tactile perception, and photothermal ablation in a near‐millimeter‐scale design. It enables precise intraluminal navigation and localized ablation while providing real‐time optical feedback to support safe and accurate minimally invasive ...

Dual Aptamers‐Based SETDB1 PROTACs as Effective Anti‐Tumor Strategies for Breast Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study establishes dual‐aptamer PROTACs targeting SETDB1 using a SETDB1‐specific aptamer conjugated to AS1411. The designed PROTACs penetrate cells, recruit MDM2 to degrade SETDB1, and inhibit cancer cell proliferation and migration. Remarkably, they also overcome tamoxifen resistance and enhance CD8+ T cell cytotoxicity, suppressing tumor growth ...

Systematic Metabolic Engineering and Model‐Guided Optimization for High‐Level Production of L‐Theanine from Xylose in Escherichia coli

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study is pioneering in constructing the shortest known synthetic pathway for L‐theanine production from xylose within E coli. Through comprehensive metabolic engineering strategies, our engineered strain achieved the highest reported L‐theanine titer from xylose, with a titer of 95.42 g/L, and a yield of 0.55 g/g.

Friction dynamics analysis of crossed beveloid gear with considering tooth surface topography

open access: yesAdvances in Mechanical Engineering
The contact surfaces of beveloid gears have different topography features due to different machining methods, manufacturing accuracies, and surface wear, and they are not always smooth.

Single‐Cell Dissection of Tumor‐Infiltrating Lymphocytes Reveals Cellular Architecture Predictive of Therapeutic Efficacy in Acral Melanoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Autologous tumor‐infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy shows promising efficacy in acral melanoma, yet determinants of durable response remain unclear. By integrating single‐cell transcriptomics and TCR sequencing, this study reveals that TIL products enriched for T follicular helper and intermediate exhausted T cells establish persistent clonal ...

Dynamic Behavior and Bifurcation Analysis of a Modified Reduced Lorenz Model

open access: yesMathematics
This study introduces a newly modified Lorenz model capable of demonstrating bifurcation within a specified range of parameters. The model demonstrates various bifurcation behaviors, which are depicted as distinct structures in the diagram.

Study on the Stability and Entropy Complexity of an Energy-Saving and Emission-Reduction Model with Two Delays

open access: yesEntropy, 2016
In this paper, we build a model of energy-savings and emission-reductions with two delays. In this model, it is assumed that the interaction between energy-savings and emission-reduction and that between carbon emissions and economic growth are delayed ...
