The evolving Planck mass in classically scale-invariant theories
We consider classically scale-invariant theories with non-minimally coupled scalar fields, where the Planck mass and the hierarchy of physical scales are dynamically generated.

Can We Draw Conclusions on Supernova Shock Wave Propagation Using Short‐Lived Radioactive Isotopes?
ABSTRACT We run a three‐dimensional Galactic chemical evolution (GCE) model to follow the propagation of 53Mn (exclusively produced from type Ia supernovae, SNIa), 60Fe (exclusively produced from core‐collapse supernovae, CCSNe), 182Hf (exclusively produced from intermediate mass stars, IMSs), and 244Pu (exclusively produced from neutron star mergers ...

Activation measurement of the 3He(alpha,gamma)7Be cross section at low energy
The nuclear physics input from the 3He(alpha,gamma)7Be cross section is a major uncertainty in the fluxes of 7Be and 8B neutrinos from the Sun predicted by solar models and in the 7Li abundance obtained in big-bang nucleosynthesis calculations.

Abstract An attractive flower from the island of Madagascar has in part saved the lives of thousands of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Random mutations and alterations to the genome led to the evolution of genes encoding enzymes, which would provide the periwinkle flower an arsenal of secondary metabolites to survive within the ...

Indirect Measurement of the 3He(n,p)3H Reaction Cross Section at Big Bang Energies
Neutron-induced nuclear reactions play an important role in the Big Bang Nucleosynthesis. Their excitation functions are, from an experimental point of view, usually difficult to measure.

Big Bang Nucleosynthesis in Visible and Hidden-Mirror Sectors
One of the still viable candidates for the dark matter is the so-called mirror matter. Its cosmological and astrophysical implications were widely studied, pointing out the importance to go further with research.

Constraining axion dark matter with Big Bang Nucleosynthesis
We show that Big Bang Nucleosynthesis (BBN) significantly constrains axion-like dark matter. The axion acts like an oscillating QCD θ angle that redshifts in the early Universe, increasing the neutron–proton mass difference at neutron freeze-out.

3He(α,γ)7Be cross section measured using complementary techniques
The astrophysical S-factor for the 3He(α,γ)7Be reaction plays an important role in the Solar Standard Model and in the Big Bang Nucleosynthesis scenario. The advances from two recent experiments performed using complementary techniques at center of mass (

In the brief review the modern problems of the further evolution nuclides after formation of easiest of them H, D, 3He, 4He and, probably, 7Li in 100 seconds after the Big Bang are discussed. The possible ways of evolution nuclides in result are ...
