Implementing bike-sharing systems
Proceedings of the Institution of Civil Engineers - Municipal Engineer, 2011The last decade has seen a substantial increase in the perception of the bicycle as a realistic transport alternative to the car. Bicycle-sharing schemes are now a reality in many European cities. They can be large scale or small scale and their use is clearly on the increase. The sharing systems are initially free and then start to charge in order to

Bike-Sharing Prediction System
2016Bike Sharing System is a dynamic network. This paper proposes a method to balance the network and allocate the bikes in each station to avoid the imbalance happening. Real-time monitoring takes too much time to reallocate the bikes if an imbalance has occurred so it cannot tackle this problem well.
