Fusion of infrared and visible images with Gaussian smoothness and joint bilateral filtering iteration decomposition

open access: yesIET Computer Vision, 2019
Edge‐preserving filters have been applied to Multi‐Scale Decomposition (MSD) for fusion of infrared and visible images. Traditional edge‐preserving MSDs may hardly make satisfied structural separation from details to cause fusion performance degradation.

A Toolkit for Targeted Neuromodulation of Striatal Direct Pathway Neurons Rescues Parkinsonian Motor Deficits in Mice

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An adeno‐associated virus (AAV) toolkit enables selective anatomical and functional targeting of striatal D1‐MSNs through retrograde transduction. Enhanced capsids and engineered enhancers drive robust transgene expression across murine and primate models.

Circular RNA circNrip1 Interacts with SYNCRIP to Promote Neuropathic Pain by Stabilizing Tlr2 mRNA in Primary Sensory Neurons

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Model of circNrip1 (cNrip1) upregulation driving neuropathic pain mechanisms. After peripheral nerve injury, increased FUS triggers the formation and upregulation of cNrip1 in injured DRG neurons. Upregulated cNrip1 recruits SYNCRIP to the 3′‐UTR of Tlr2 mRNA by binding to both, thereby promoting SYNCRIP‐triggered Tlr2 mRNA stability and increasing ...

Double-channel cyclic image deblurring algorithm based on edge features

open access: yesJournal of Measurement Science and Instrumentation
Photographs taken in daily life often became blurred due to shaking, out-of-focus, changes in depth of field, and movement of photographed objects.

Non-local mean filtering algorithm based on deep learning

open access: yesMATEC Web of Conferences, 2018
Aimed at the problem that the traditional image denoising algorithm is not effective in noise reduction, a new image denoising method is proposed. The method combines deep learning and non-local mean filtering algorithms to denoise the noisy image to ...

Bilateral Distance Based Filtering for Polarimetric SAR Data

open access: yesRemote Sensing, 2013
This paper introduces a non-linear Polarimetric SAR data filtering approach able to preserve the edges and small details of the data. It is based on exploiting the data locality in both, the spatial and the polarimetric domains, in order to avoid mixing ...

An Activity‐Dependent NEPAS–PTX3 Axis Links Neurovascular and Myelin Deficits to Cognitive Impairment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An activity‐dependent pathway links prefrontal circuit hypoactivity to cognitive impairment. Reduced PVA–mPFC activity upregulates NEPAS, which suppresses PTX3 secretion, leading to impaired angiogenesis, myelin deficits, and memory decline. Rescue is achieved by NEPAS knockdown or chemogenetic circuit activation.

Improved Space Object Detection Based on YOLO11

open access: yesAerospace
Space object detection, as the foundation for ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of spacecraft, is widely applied in a variety of close-proximity tasks such as non-cooperative target monitoring, space debris avoidance, and spacecraft ...

Video Denoising Based on a Spatiotemporal Kalman-Bilateral Mixture Model

open access: yesThe Scientific World Journal, 2013
We propose a video denoising method based on a spatiotemporal Kalman-bilateral mixture model to reduce the noise in video sequences that are captured with low light.

Polarimetric SAR Speckle Reduction Based on Bilateral Filtering

open access: yesLeida xuebao, 2014
The priority during speckle reduction in Polarimetric Synthetic Aperture Radar (Pol-SAR) data is to maintain the polarization information. For this reason, it is undesirable to separate each element of polarimetric SAR.
