Natural‐Inspired Engineered Microalgae With Selenium Enrichment Enabled Potent Anti‐Tumor Immunity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Se‐Ssp was engineered as a potent immunomodulator for activating innate immunity via the TLR and cGAS‐STING pathways, therefore converting “cold” tumors into “hot” tumors to achieve high efficacy and long‐term therapeutic outcomes. ABSTRACT Immunotherapy has shed light on clinical oncology for several decades.

A Multiscale Mechanistic Framework for Polydopamine Dyeing in Ultrablack Wool Textiles

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Ultrablack photonic textiles are enabled through polydopamine (PDA) dyeing, which is governed by the interplay of PDA chemistry, wool surface topology and chemistry, and hierarchical fiber–yarn–fabric architecture. Fabric architecture emerges as a primary and previously underappreciated design lever for wide‐angle optical performance.

Defect‐Engineered BiO2‐X Nanosheets Mediate Sono‐Thermomechanical ECM Remodeling for Hepatocellular Carcinoma Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Herein, an ultrasound‐responsive BiO2‐X/siFn1 nanoplatform is developed to overcome anti‐PD‐1 resistance in hepatocellular carcinoma. Upon ultrasound irradiation, the platform downregulates fibronectin expression, while its sonothermal effect softens the dense extracellular matrix and activates antitumor immunity in the tumor microenvironment, thereby ...

A Microenvironment‐Adaptive Scaffold Rejuvenates Peripheral Nerve Regeneration During Aging Via Dual Modulation of Ferroptotic Stimuli in Schwann Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
(i) Aging impairs peripheral nerve regeneration via its dual ferroptosis‐mediated pathologies in senescent schwann cells. (ii) The composite nerve conduit is a symbiosis niche integrating microenvironment‐responsive nanoparticles (Ga‐PTAs) and maxillofacial‐derived mesenchymal stem cells (Mmscs).
