Idiopathic bilateral vestibulopathy
Ugeskrift for LægerWe present in this case a patient with a case history compatible with bilateral vestibulopathy, as well as the subjective symptoms the patient might face with this condition. Included in the case is the diagnostic work-up with caloric testing and video head impulse testing in combination with suggestions for rehabilitative strategies.

Ocular counterrolling: an indicator of bilateral vestibulopathy

The purpose of this work is to connect the clinical absence of dynamic ocular counterrolling with bilateral caloric paresis. A prospective study on 216 patients in whom the absence of dynamic ocular counterrolling was tested and standard caloric test was performed.
