Stable Pfaffian State in Bilayer Graphene [PDF]
Here we show that the Pfaffian state proposed for the $\frac52$ fractional quantum Hall states in conventional two-dimensional electron systems can be readily realized in a bilayer graphene at one of the Landau levels. The properties and stability of the Pfaffian state at this special Landau level strongly depend on the magnetic field strength.

Anderson transition in disordered bilayer graphene [PDF]
Employing the Kernel Polynomial method (KPM), we study the electronic properties of the graphene bilayers in the presence of diagonal disorder, within the tight-binding approximation. The KPM method enables us to calculate local density of states (LDOS) without need to exactly diagonalize the Hamiltonian.

Universal Conductance Fluctuations in Quantum Anomalous Hall Insulators
Universal conductance fluctuations are observed in mesoscopic quantum anomalous Hall insulators. Two distinct fluctuation patterns are identified, arising from different interference processes of bulk and chiral edge states, respectively. These findings unveil rich quantum interference phenomena in quantum anomalous Hall insulators and provide insights

Multi-layer graphene FET compact circuit-level model with temperature effects
This paper presents a circuit-level model of a dual-gate bilayer and four layer graphene field effect transistor (GFET). The model provides an accurate estimation of the conductance at the charge neutrality point (CNP).

Modeling and simulation of graphene based polymer nanocomposites: advances in the last decade [PDF]
Modeling and simulation allow methodical variation of material properties beyond the capacity of experimental methods. The polymers are one of the most commonly used matrices of choice for composites and have found applications in numerous fields.

Valley Hall effect is observed in asymmetric single‐layer and bilayer graphene systems. In single‐layer graphene systems, asymmetry is introduced by aligning graphene with hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) with a near‐zero twist angle, breaking the sub ...

Stacking Boundaries and Transport in Bilayer Graphene [PDF]
Pristine bilayer graphene behaves in some instances as an insulator with a transport gap of a few meV. This behaviour has been interpreted as the result of an intrinsic electronic instability induced by many-body correlations. Intriguingly, however, some samples of similar mobility exhibit good metallic properties, with a minimal conductivity of the ...
