The subject of this article is 147 Byzantine coins which were recorded through a study carried out in the Bilecik Museum in 2013. Of these 147 coins, 81 coins are gold (a hoard), 65 coins are bronze and 1 coin is billion.

Directional information flow in human frataxin defines allosteric pathways connecting the hydrophobic core to the iron‐binding ridge

Human frataxin deficiency causes Friedreich's ataxia, yet how iron‐binding events are communicated across the protein is unclear. Using transfer entropy analysis of molecular dynamics simulations, we identify buried hydrophobic core leucines (LEU136, LEU140) as the source of directional signaling toward the iron‐binding acidic ridge.

Molecular investigation of the phylogenetic placement of Kartalinia and a revision of Bituminaria (Fabaceae: Psoraleeae)

Abstract The genus Kartalinia was described to accommodate a single, obscure species, Psoralea acaulis, based on its unique morphology and karyology. No concerted molecular phylogenetic studies were available for this species at the time, and therefore its phylogenetic position was uncertain.
