胆石が十二指腸球部に嵌頓するBouveret症候群は比較的稀な疾患である.今回われわれは瘻孔の自然閉鎖を認めたBouveret症候群の1例を経験したので報告する.症例は65歳,女性.20年前より胆石症を指摘されていたが時折胆石発作を認めるのみで放置していた.今回,腹痛嘔吐を主訴に外来を受診した.CTで胆嚢と総胆管内にガス像を認め,十二指腸に結石と思われる石灰化像を認めた.上部消化管内視鏡で十二指腸球部に結石を認め,十二指腸球部に嵌頓した胆石イレウス(Bouveret症候群)と診断した.入院後嘔吐の軽快を認め,上部消化管内視鏡では胆石は十二指腸球部から移動しており後壁に瘻孔を認めた.瘻孔から胆嚢が造影され胆嚢十二指腸瘻と診断した.入院後14日目に開腹術を行い ...

The junction between the midgut and hindgut co‐localizes with the rectosigmoid junction
