A case of gall-stone ileus in the absence of a biliary-enteric fistula

Abstract A case of gall-stone ileus is reported in which at operation no fistula between the biliary tree and the gut was found. The obstruction was removed and cholecystectomy and exploration of the common bile-duct were performed with a successful outcome.
