Bilinear interpolation of geomagnetic field
2010 International Conference on Computer Application and System Modeling (ICCASM 2010), 2010The real-time attitude angles detection technology of conventional ammunition requires access to the intensity of geomagnetic field with high speed. Thus, bilinear interpolation was proposed and studied to calculate the intensity of geomagnetic field. This interpolation was premised on reducing the factors that may affect geomagnetic field.

Shape context with bilinear interpolation
2010 2nd International Conference on Signal Processing Systems, 2010Shape context is intended to be a way of describing shapes that allows for measuring shape similarity and recovering point correspondences. It is widely used in object recognition, and gets encouraging performance. But shape context is easily affected by noise points and slightly transition.

Interpolation by Bilinear splines
Mathematical Notes of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, 1990Let \(\Omega=[0,1]\times[0,1]\) and let \(C^{1,1}_ \omega(\Omega)\) denote a space of bivariate functions with continuous partial derivatives of order one on \(\Omega\) with \(\omega(f;t,\tau)\leq\omega(t,\tau)\). Here, \(\omega(t,\tau)\) denotes a convex modulus of continuity and \(\omega(f;t,\tau)\) stands for the usual modulus of continuity of \(f\).

Bilinear interpolation of digital images
Ultramicroscopy, 1981The application of the method of three-point bilinear interpolation is shown to generate a smoothly interpolated image, free from erroneous substructure generated by the interpolation scheme itself. Three-point interpolation is therefore to be preferred to the standard four-point bilinear scheme when images are prepared for film writing.

On interpolation properties of compact bilinear operators
Mathematische Nachrichten, 2017We investigate interpolation properties of compact bilinear operators under the general real method. Results apply in particular to the real method with a function parameter and also to the complex method in the special case when the couple in the target reduces to a single Banach space or the source is a product of two fixed Banach spaces.

Bias Characteristics of Bilinear Interpolation Based Registration [PDF]
Image registration has application in many image processing tasks. A new gradient-based registration method that uses the bilinear interpolation equation to predict the pixel values of one image from those in a reference image is developed and its bias characteristics analysed.

On interpolation of bilinear operators with a real method
Mathematical Notes, 1992The author studies interpolation properties of bilinear operators on Banach spaces. He obtains interesting results. One of the questions he studies is the following. Let \(F\) be an interpolation functor. It is said to interpolate bilinear operators if for arbitrary Banach pairs \(\vec X= (X_ 0,X_ 1)\), \(\vec Y= (Y_ 0,Y_ 1)\), \(\vec Z=(Z_ 0,Z_ 1 ...

BOX DIMENSION OF BILINEAR FRACTAL INTERPOLATION SURFACES
Bulletin of the Australian Mathematical Society, 2018Bilinear fractal interpolation surfaces were introduced by Ruan and Xu in 2015. In this paper, we present the formula for their box dimension under certain constraint conditions.
