Analytical Treatment of the Generalized Hirota-Satsuma-Ito Equation Arising in Shallow Water Wave

open access: yesAdvances in Mathematical Physics, 2021
In the current study, an analytical treatment is studied starting from the 2+1-dimensional generalized Hirota-Satsuma-Ito (HSI) equation. Based on the equation, we first establish the evolution equation and obtain rational function solutions by means of ...

Compact bilinear operators and commutators [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the American Mathematical Society, 2013
A notion of compactness in the bilinear setting is explored. Moreover, commutators of bilinear Calderón-Zygmund operators and multiplication by functions in a certain subspace of the space of functions of bounded mean oscillations are shown to be compact.

Study of a Novel Bi‐Layered Thermoplastic Polyurethane Patch for Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Large congenital diaphragmatic hernia remains a challenge due to the poor compatibility of current prostheses. To tackle this problem, a bilayer thermoplastic polyurethane patch with tunable mechanical properties is engineered, whose fibrous side supports rapid fibroblast and myoblast colonization, while the smooth film limits adhesions.

Universal correlators and novel cosets in 2d RCFT

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2021
The two-character level-1 WZW models corresponding to Lie algebras in the Cvitanović-Deligne series A 1 , A 2 , G 2 , D 4 , F 4 , E 6 , E 7 have been argued to form coset pairs with respect to the meromorphic E 8,1 CFT.

Bilinear Localization Operators on Modulation Spaces [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, 2018
We introduce a class of bilinear localization operators and show how to interpret them as bilinear Weyl pseudodifferential operators. Such interpretation is well known in linear case whereas in bilinear case it has not been considered so far.

A Multidirectional Textile Interface for Remote Control Using Dynamic Area‐Based Capacitance Modulation

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
Here, we present a textile, wearable capacitive interface enabling multidirectional remote control by dynamically modulating electrode overlap and spacing via a freely gliding upper electrode. A forearm‐mounted prototype drives robotic and media tasks with 12–15 ms latency, maintains < 0.8% drift after 500 cycles, and remains stably functional at 90 ...

Multilinear Operators: The Natural Extension Of Hirota's Bilinear Formalism

open access: yes, 1994
We introduce multilinear operators, that generalize Hirota's bilinear $D$ operator, based on the principle of gauge invariance of the $\tau$ functions.

Solid Harmonic Wavelet Bispectrum for Image Analysis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The Solid Harmonic Wavelet Bispectrum (SHWB), a rotation‐ and translation‐invariant descriptor that captures higher‐order (phase) correlations in signals, is introduced. Combining wavelet scattering, bispectral analysis, and group theory, SHWB achieves interpretable, data‐efficient representations and demonstrates competitive performance across texture,

On a Generalization of the Hilbert Frame Generated by the Bilinear Mapping

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, 2016
The concept of b-frame which is a generalization of the frame in Hilbert spaces generated by the bilinear mapping is considered. b-frame operator is defined; analogues of some well-known results of frame theory are obtained in Hilbert spaces.

Real Interpolation of Compact Bilinear Operators

open access: yesJournal of Fourier Analysis and Applications, 2017
We establish an analog for bilinear operators of the compactness interpolation result for bounded linear operators proved by Cwikel and Cobos, Kühn and Schonbek. We work with the assumption that : (A0+ A1)×(B0+ B1) −→ E0+E1 is bounded, but we also study the case when this does not hold. Applications are given to compactness of convolution operators and
