Successive Wyner-Ziv Coding for the Binary CEO Problem Under Logarithmic Loss [PDF]

The $L$-link binary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) problem under logarithmic loss is investigated in this paper. A quantization splitting technique is applied to convert the problem under consideration to a $(2L-1)$-step successive Wyner-Ziv (WZ) problem, for which a practical coding scheme is proposed.

Ultra‐Effective Light‐Activated Antibacterial Activity via Carboxyl Functionalized Graphene Quantum Dots and Films

Ultrahigh‐resolution (λ/10) Femtosecond Laser Writing of Polymer‐Encapsulated Multicolor Perovskite Patterns Beyond the Diffraction Limit

Fabrication of in situ polymer‐encapsulated stable perovskite patterns of arbitrary shapes and pixel arrays with a resolution of 80 nm is reported by the femtosecond (fs) laser (800 nm) super‐resolution writing technique.
