The granulation of binary mixtures
AbstractGranules have been prepared from blends of lactose and boric acid by the massing and screening method and their properties have been compared with those of granules from the individual materials, granulated separately. Increasing the volume of binder solution used produced granules stronger and of greater mean size in all blends studied.

A method for determination of the volume fraction in binary liquid mixtures by measurement of the equalization wavelength of intermodal interference of modes LP01 and LP11 in a liquid core optical fiber is presented in this paper. This method was studied

Undulation textures at the phase transitions of some alkyloxybenzoic acids
We observed undulated smectic textures for some compounds of the 4,n-alkyloxybenzoic (nOBAC) acid series, at transitions between the smectic and the isotropic phase and between the smectic and nematic phase.

Novel inorganic binary mixture for low‐temperature heat storage applications [PDF]
In this study, an inorganic mixture based on bischofite (industrial by‐product) was developed and characterized for its application as a phase change material for low‐temperature thermal energy storage. The most appropriate composition was established as

Wetting of a symmetrical binary fluid mixture on a wall [PDF]
We study the wetting behaviour of a symmetrical binary fluid below the demixing temperature at a non-selective attractive wall. Although it demixes in the bulk, a sufficiently thin liquid film remains mixed.

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

A Fully Nonparametric Modelling Approach to Binary Regression [PDF]
We propose a general nonparametric Bayesian framework for binary regression, which is built from modeling for the joint response-covariate distribution.

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Dielectric Behaviour of Binary Mixture of 2-Chloroaniline with 2-Methoxyethanol and 2-Ethoxyethanol
Densities, viscosities, refractive indices, dielectric constant (ε') and dielectric loss (ε'') of 2-chloroaniline (2CA) + 2-methoxyethanol (2ME) and 2-chloroaniline (2CA) + 2-ethoxyethanol (2EE) for different mole fractions of 2-chloroaniline in binary ...
