Cork Powder Residues Processing by Binder Jetting
3D Printing and Additive ManufacturingCork-based formulations adapted to binder jetting processes were herein developed and investigated. Two cork powder sets with different particle size distributions were studied to evaluate cork particles' ability to pack. Cork powders exhibiting a coarse distribution revealed a higher packing ability.

Binder Jet Printing in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
2018Binder jet printing is arguably the most successful three-dimensional printing (3DP) technology in the pharmaceutical industry to date. In 2015, the binder jet process was adapted as an alternative mass manufacturing technique to enable the production of Spritam® (the first 3D printed tablet) approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
