Theoretical treatment of bio-convective Maxwell nanofluid over an exponentially stretching sheet

Canadian Journal of Physics, 2020
The heat and mass transfer of unsteady two-dimensional flow of a bio-convective non-Newtonian Maxwell nanofluid past an exponentially stretching sheet is presented. A viscous dissipation and external magnetic field along multiple slip conditions and chemical reactions are incorporated.

Three-dimensional bio-convection mechanism and heat transportation of nanofluid induced by magnetic field

International Journal of Modern Physics B, 2023
There are several uses for bio-convection mechanisms, such as in sedimentary pools, fuel models, and microbially accelerated oil restoration. These are the basis of motile microorganisms which are applied to improve the mixability of fluid and tiny nanoparticles because they are accountable for biological transmission procedure. This work examines the

Flow and heat transfer investigation of bio–convective hybrid nanofluid with triple stratification effects

Physica Scripta, 2021
Abstract The current study explored the bio-convective stagnation point flow of hybrid nanofluid with Cattaneo–Christove theory, viscous dissipation, and activation energy. The stratification and Thomson and Troian slip condition are applied on the boundary of a permeable vertical cylinder.

Numerical simulation of bio‐convection radiative heat transport flow of MHD Carreau nanofluid

ZAMM - Journal of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics / Zeitschrift für Angewandte Mathematik und Mechanik
AbstractTo report the challenges and advance of heat transport performance, we aim to scrutinize the motile microbe's phenomenon in mixed convection Carreau nanofluid considering the properties of Soret and Dufour, non‐uniform heat sink/source, radiation and magnetohydrodynamic (MHD). The new mass flux and convective phenomenon are also considered. The

Natural bio-convective flow of Sisko nanofluid subject to gyrotactic microorganisms and activation energy

Physica Scripta, 2019
Abstract In this communication, we have used the concept of microorganisms to stabilize the suspended nanoparticles in flow of Sisko nanofluid. Bio-convection through mutual effects of buoyancy forces and applied magnetic field is accounted. The flow behavior is discussed over a stretchable surface of cylinder.
