Thermal bio-convective transport in biological fluid using two viscosity models

open access: yesCase Studies in Thermal Engineering, 2022
This article models the diffusion process of heat and mass transfer in synovial fluid (SF) which is viscous non-Newtonian and is present in the articular cartilage of the synovial joint. The viscosity of SF is a function of the concentration of hyaluronan (HA) and shear rate.

Heat and mass transport behavior in bio-convective reactive flow of nanomaterials with Soret and Dufour characteristics

open access: yesCase Studies in Thermal Engineering, 2023
The main of this article is to analyze magnetohydrodynamic bioconvective flow of Sutterby nanoliquid. Gyrotactic microorganism in presence of chemical reaction is addressed. Thermophoretic, magnetic field, random motion heat generation and radiation are discussed. Furthermore, Dufour and Soret behaviors are taken into account.

Partial differential equations modeling of bio-convective sutterby nanofluid flow through paraboloid surface

open access: yesScientific Reports, 2023
AbstractIn this research article, the behavior of 2D non-Newtonian Sutterby nanofluid flow over the parabolic surface is discussed. In boundary region of surface buoyancy-driven flow occurred due to considerable temperature differences produced by the reaction happen between Sutterby nanofluid and catalyst at the surface.
