On the development of a control system for a small bio-methane gas engine generator

open access: yes2016 IEEE International Conference on Mechatronics and Automation, 2016
In order to use the stable biomass resources that exist in rural areas, we have developed a small bio-methane gas engine generator that can be applied to various composition of bio-methane gas. Different from other conventional researches, we added auxiliary devices such as the surge tank, extra carburetor and ECU for our conventional gas engine ...

A Perspective on the Applications of Triphasic Gas Storage in Electrochemical Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Gas storage in microporous materials positioned locally at an electrode or electrocatalyst surface enhances electrochemical processes. Abstract Microporous materials store gases under dry conditions (e.g., hydrogen or oxygen via physisorption), but in some cases microporous materials also show triphasic (e.g., in a solid|gas|liquid system) gas storage ...

Soil Inorganic Electron Acceptors and Carbon Substrates Hierarchically Govern Wetland Methanogenesis Temperature Response

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Wetlands constitute Earth's largest natural methane (CH4) source, yet projections of their climate feedback remain uncertain due to poorly constrained temperature sensitivity (Q10‐CH4) of microbial methanogenesis. While water table dynamics have been demonstrated to regulate wetland methanogenesis by altering key soil conditions such as ...

Integrated assessment of bio-methane potential from cocoa pod husk in Ghana using physicochemical characterisation and geospatial techniques

open access: yesScientific African
Ghana is the world’s second-largest cocoa producer, resulting in significant organic waste, particularly cocoa pod husk (CPH), which accounts for 70–80 % of the whole cocoa fruit.

Economic Analysis of the Nisargruna Based Bio-Methanation Plant

open access: yesInternational Journal of Advance Research and Innovation, 2015
In the present paper economic as well as technological aspects of the biomethanation plant has been studied. Nisargruna technology converts almost any type of organic solid waste to bio methane as compared to the conventional cowdung/ animal faeces based biogas plants.

Sustainable Materials Design With Multi‐Modal Artificial Intelligence

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Critical mineral scarcity, high embodied carbon, and persistent pollution from materials processing intensify the need for sustainable materials design. This review frames the problem as multi‐objective optimization under heterogeneous, high‐dimensional evidence and highlights multi‐modal AI as an enabling pathway.

SIZ1‐Mediated SUMOylation of LBD29 Recruits ARF7 to Fine‐Tune Auxin Signaling in Lateral Root Development

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Our findings establish SUMOylation as a key post‐translational control layer in auxin signaling. We show that SIZ1‐mediated SUMOylation of LBD29 promotes its association with ARF7, stabilizing a transcriptional hub that governs lateral root development.
