Dietary Creatine and Hydration Biomarkers in the General Population: NHANES 1999–2023
Our findings indicate a complex relationship between dietary creatine intake and systemic hydration, with both low and high intake levels are associated with changes in plasma osmolality and hydration markers, whereas moderate intake shows minimal effects.
