ESCRT‐Mimetic Nanodegrader Targets STING for Anti‐Inflammatory Therapy
A nanoplatform‐enabled targeted protein degradation strategy is presented to regulate aberrant STING signaling. STING‐ATTEC induces selective autophagic degradation of STING via formation of a STING–ATTEC–LC3 ternary complex, while the cationic FA‐LNP+ system enhances LC3 generation and targeted delivery. Together, this synergistic approach efficiently

This work introduces a theragenerative 3D‐printed biodegradable stent with Janus nanoarchitecture for spatially controlled vascular healing. A luminal tantalum ion–implanted surface accelerates endothelialization and hemocompatibility, while an abluminal sirolimus/poly‐L‐lactic acid–tantalum layer provides sustained drug release and suppresses smooth ...

Amniotic membranes as a biological dressing.
Amniotic membrane dressings were tested in the treatment of 30 patients. Fifteen of them had burns, 5 had chronic varicose ulcers, and 10 had decubitus ulcers or other open infected wounds. No effort was made to separate the chorion from the amnion. Dressings were changed every 48 hours, and treatment was, in some cases, partially ambulatory.

Facet‐engineered PVP‐capped CuFeSe2 nanocrystals exhibit potent, selective antifungal activity by strongly binding cell‐wall mannan, enabling vacuolar entry and organelle disruption. High‐index facets show superior mannan affinity, validated by theoretical calculations and experiments. CFS‐P induces vacuolar cavitation, mitochondrial abnormalities, and
