Clinical characteristics and concordance of anti‐MDA5 autoantibodies: A multicentre Australian study

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, Accepted Article.
Objectives In Australia, anti‐MDA5 antibodies are exclusively tested by line immunoblot assay (LIA). The clinical concordance of a LIA‐positive anti‐MDA5 result is unclear. We aimed to describe the clinical features and determine the clinical concordance of patients with anti‐MDA5 antibodies.

The Influence of Field‐Assisted Sintering Technology (FAST) Temperature and Cooling Rate on the Microstructural Evolution in Gamma‐Titanium Aluminide Alloy GE4822

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Controlling the Field Assisted Sintering Technology (FAST) parameters, dwell temperature and cooling rate, significantly influences the microstructural evolution in titanium aluminide GE4822. Significant γ‐lamellar colonies develop only upon cooling through the α‐transus.

A Systematic Review of the Effects of Aerobic and Anaerobic Biofilter Processes on the Reduction of Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) in Domestic Wastewater

open access: yesJURNAL KESEHATAN LINGKUNGAN
Introduction: Domestic wastewater significantly contributes to environmental degradation due to its elevated Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD), indicating the concentration of organic contaminants that deplete oxygen in aquatic ecosystems. Biofilter-based treatment technologies, both aerobic and anaerobic, have emerged as sustainable alternatives ...

Superlubricity and Corrosion Inhibition Properties of Solvate Ionic Liquids in Hybrid Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic–Steel Interfaces

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Solvate ionic liquids lubrication reduced the coefficient of friction by ∼60% compared to dry sliding, reaching steady‐state values as low as 0.04–0.05. Corrosion weight‐loss measurements in 1 M HCl further demonstrated significant inhibition behavior, with only 100 ppm of [Li(G3)][TFSI] (∼68.5 μL/L) reducing corrosion‐product weight loss by 63 ...

Printed Integrated Logic Circuits Based on Chitosan‐Gated Organic Transistors for Future Edible Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Edible electronics needs integrated logic circuits for computation and control. This work presents a potentially edible printed chitosan‐gated transistor with a design optimized for integration in circuits. Its implementation in integrated logic gates and circuits operating at low voltage (0.7 V) is demonstrated, as well as the compatibility with an ...

Intermediate Resistive State in Wafer‐Scale Vertical MoS2 Memristors Through Lateral Silver Filament Growth for Artificial Synapse Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.

STUDI KUALITAS AIR SUNGAI KALILO, BANYUWANGI: ANALISIS BIOLOGICAL OXYGEN DEMAND (BOD) DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP EKOSISTEM

open access: yesJURNAL BIOSENSE
The Kalilo River in Banyuwangi plays a vital role in supporting ecosystems and community activities but faces ecological pressures due to human activities. This study aims to analyze the Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) levels at the upstream and downstream sections of the Kalilo River and their impact on the ecosystem.
