From Cold to Hot: Nanozyme‐Based Strategies for Reprogramming the Tumour Immunoenvironment
Cell Proliferation, EarlyView.Nanozymes, with multi‐enzyme catalytic activities, reprogram the immunosuppressive tumour microenvironment by inducing immunogenic cell death, relieving hypoxia, and depleting antioxidants, effectively converting immunologically “cold” tumours into “hot” ones to boost cancer immunotherapy efficacy.
