Advancing Upcycling and Regeneration of Spent LiFePO4: Failure Mechanisms and Recovery Strategies
This review studies the failure mechanism to promote the upcycling regeneration of spent lithium iron phosphate (S‐LFP). It first summarizes the failure mechanisms of LFP batteries revealed via advanced characterization technologies and then explores the respective advantages and challenges of hydrometallurgy and direct regeneration methods.

Influence of Particle Size, Moisture, and Cloud Density on Wood Dust Ignition
The ignition and combustion of particle clouds are strongly affected by particle interactions. This study uses spectroscopy to examine effects of particle size, water content, and cloud density. Results show ignition delay rises with larger size and density, whereas combustion duration depends mainly on water and density due to moisture‐driven ...

Defossilisation of the Energy Supply of a Chemical Site by Integration of a Carnot Battery
This study presents the results of a techno‐economic analysis of CO2‐free energy supply concepts for electricity and heat for the defossilisation of a chemical park in Germany for the model years 2030 and 2045. The focus is on the integration of a Carnot battery with thermal energy storage, which enables the flexible use of green fuels and renewable ...

Production of solid fuel from oil palm biomass via microwave irradiation pyrolysis technique for co- combustion with coal / Siti Shawalliah Idris [PDF]
Co-utilisation of coal and biomass deem to be one of the alternatives to reduce climate changes due to global warming. Despite rapid development in this area, no work has been reported on co-firing of coal-biomass char blend derived from oil palm waste ...

Abstract Carbon dioxide‐reduced hydrogen can be synthesized through various methods such as dry‐reforming (DRM), steam reforming (SMR), and partial oxidation (POX). Tri‐reforming of methane (TRM) is a promising technology which combines all the above‐mentioned processes for the simultaneous production of hydrogen and syngas with high energy efficiency.
