Integrated Biomedical System for Ubiquitous Health Monitoring
2007We propose a distributed system that enables global and ubiquitous health monitoring of patients. The biomedical data will be collected by wearable health diagnostic devices, which will include various types of sensors and will be transmitted towards the corresponding Health Monitoring Centers. The permanent medical data of patients will be kept in the

Wearable sensing devices for unobtrusive biomedical monitoring
2015 IEEE CPMT Symposium Japan (ICSJ), 2015Wearable sensing devices suitable for continuous and stable biomedical monitoring are presented. Their advantages are biocompatibility and compactness for easy wearing. One device is a T-shirt-type heart rate or electrocardiogram sensor that features a biocompatible fabric electrode called “hitoe”.
