We engineered a novel NKCE termed C33×CD16, a single‐chain diabody (scDb) constructed by fusing TCR‐mimic antibody C33‐Ab (targeting p53R175H/HLA‐A*02:01) to the scFv of 3G8 (anti‐CD16 antibody) (a).
