This paper presents a unique case of successful implementation of left bundle branch pacing (LBBP) in a pediatric patient with third‐degree atrioventricular block following tricuspid valve replacement for a complex Ebstein anomaly. The procedure was performed under real‐time recording technique, and resulted in the resolution of the patient's symptoms.

Clinical experience with the ATS 3f Enable® Sutureless Bioprosthesis [PDF]
Objective: The ATS 3f Enable® Bioprosthesis is a self-expanding valve with a tubular design that allows for decreased leaflet stress and preservation of aortic sinuses. We report the midterm results of a prospective, multicenter clinical study evaluating

Valve replacement in octogenarians: increased early mortality but good long-term result [PDF]
Between January 1983 and December 1990, 20 patients aged 80 years or older underwent valvular surgery. The patients' ages varied from 80 to 87 years (mean, 82 ± 1.5 years).
