Real‐world prevalence of PD‐L1 positivity in early‐stage/metastatic triple‐negative breast cancer: primary results and pathology insights from the global retrospective observational VANESSA study

In the real‐world VANESSA study in triple‐negative breast cancer, PD‐L1‐positive prevalence was 38% in early‐stage and 20% in metastatic tumours, lower than in prospective trials. Immunoplasmonic Nanoprobes With Controlled Orientation Antibodies for Darkfield Microscopy Detection of Biomarker Proteins on Lung and Breast Cancer Cells

Protein AG enables controlled antibody orientation on gold nanoparticles. Using side‐illumination darkfield microscopy, these immunoplasmonic nanoprobes can be quantified on cancer cells to measure protein expression, with results consistent with immunofluorescence.
