Bioraznolikost morskih sisavaca u Jadranskome moru [PDF]
Biodiversity of marine mammals in the Adriatic Sea is very low and count only one permanent resident, Common bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops truncatus), whose population is estimated from 250 to 300 units in the Croatian part of the Adriatic Sea. Other species are occasional or rare residents.

Bioraznolikost plijesni u vlažnom stambenom prostoru
Residential spaces affected by moisture provide ideal conditions for mold proliferation. Elevated concentrations of certain mold species can primarily cause respiratory symptoms and illnesses in individuals who spend extended periods of time in these areas. Mold isolates were recovered from indoor air sampled in moisture-affected homes and from outdoor

Krajobrazna heterogenost i njen utjecaj na bioraznolikost
Heterogeneity is one of the main factors of the landscape and is studied by landscape ecology. It affects species diversity and richness, ecological processes within and between habitats, and many other ecosystem properties. Understanding the relationship between landscape and biodiversity, especially the processes behind it, is necessary for quality ...

In May 2014, catastrophical floods have devastated eastern areas of Croatia, particullarly village Gunja. Flood waters may bring feces, bacteria, and fungi; change composition of soil on which crops are cultivated, but also change moisture levels. For this reason, samples of cereals have been collected from areas of Gunja; and Gornji Stupnik as control.

Intensive agriculture is one of the main causes of biodiversity loss. In order to investigate the impact of intensive agriculture on entomofauna, a survey of the population of insects (Insecta) and spiders (Aranea) was conducted on the triticale field and grassland in the area of the village of Lužan.

Uvid u bioraznolikost rebraša sjevernog Jadrana metodom metabarkodiranja
