SUMMARYNumerical schemes for the approximative solution of advection–diffusion–reaction equations are often flawed because of spurious oscillations, caused by steep gradients or dominant advection or reaction. In addition, for strong coupled nonlinear processes, which may be described by a set of hyperbolic PDEs, established time stepping schemes lack ...

BIOREGULATORY APPROACH TO COMPLEX THERAPY OF ACUTE RESPIRATORY DISEASE
DRUGS AND RATIONAL PHARMACOTHERAPYIn the clinical case under consideration, a positive effect was achieved in the treatment of acute nasopharyngitis through the use of complex therapy with the drugs Euphorbium compositum Nasentropfen S® and Engystol®. Therapy using bioregulatory drugs allows you to effectively and quickly help the patient.

DRUGS AND RATIONAL PHARMACOTHERAPY
This clinical case presents the experience of treating acute pharyngitis in a 12-year-old female patient using a complex of bioregulatory drugs. Against the background of therapy, which included Engystol®, Traumeel S® and Nervoheel®, combined with sinus irrigation, rapid relief of symptoms was achieved by the fourth day of treatment. The absence of the

A COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH TO TREATING CHRONIC MUSCULOSKELETAL PAIN USING BIOREGULATORY DRUGS
DRUGS AND RATIONAL PHARMACOTHERAPYThis clinical case presents a 68-year-old female patient with chronic musculoskeletal pain against a background of polyosteoarthrosis and degenerative-dystrophic changes in the spine. The main complaints included pain in the lumbosacral region, hip and knee joints, which intensified during physical activity. As part of complex therapy, including muscle
