The Study for Algorithm of Linear Interpolation Based on Bipolar Coordinates
The paper introduces a new algorithm of interpolation based on bipolar coordinates. According to the comparing point by point interpolation principle, the linear interpolation theories in polar coordinates and its algorithms are discussed in detail. The recurrence formula is deduced.

Bipolar coordinates, image method and method of fundamental solutions
Green's functions of Laplace problems with circular boundaries are solved by using three approaches, analytical, semi-analytical and numerical solutions. For the analytical solution, we derive the Green's function by using the bipolar coordinates. Three kinds of semi-analytical solutions using (a). image method, (b).

Analytical solution to some boundary value problems of elasticity in bipolar coordinates
Analytical solutions of two-dimensional statics problems of elasticity are presented in bipolar coordinates for homogeneous isotropic bodies bounded by the coordinate lines of a bipolar coordinate system. In particular, various boundary problems for an eccentric circular ring, a half-plane with circular holes, and others are considered.

Numerical study of bipolar coordinate Jeffery-Hamel flow
AIP Conference Proceedings, 2017In this paper we report the bipolar coordinate formulation of Jeffery-Hamel (JH) flow and study vorticity-stream function, bipolar coordinate JH and conventional JH solutions. It is shown that our derived equation can intrinsically describe the flow behavior in curved geometries and it gives improved results as compared to conventional JH theory.

IEEE Transactions on Magnetics, 2022
This paper proposes and implements a compact wireless motor drive using orthogonal bipolar coils for the coordinated operation of robotic arms. The key is to orthogonally integrate two bipolar coils to form a compact magnetic coupler (CMC), while each CMC serves as the transmitting coil and receiving coil, respectively.

Theoretical investigation of a terahertz transmission line in bipolar coordinate system
Science China Information Sciences, 2011It has been demonstrated that the dual-wire waveguide (DWW) can be used in terahertz (THz) frequency regime with many advantages. However, the existent research approaches for the DWW are based on the electrostatic theory. In this paper, making use of the bipolar coordinate system (BCS), a rigorous analytical theory of DWW is worked out, and some ...

Instantaneous velocity and acceleration are often studied and expressed in Cartesian, Circular Cylindrical, and Spherical Coordinate systems but it is a well-known fact that some bodies cannot be perfectly described in these coordinate systems, so they required some other curvilinear systems such as oblate spheroidal, parabolic cylindrical, elliptic ...

Extensive evidence has suggested functional connections between co-occurring visuomotor and social cognitive deficits in neuropsychiatric disorders; however, such association has not been studied in bipolar disorder (BD). We aimed to investigate the relationship between visuomotor coordination and social cognition in the euthymic stage of BD (euBD ...

Coordinated control of multiple voltage balancers in a Bipolar DC microgrid
2017 IEEE Power & Energy Society General Meeting, 2017For the neutral-point voltage balancing control in a bipolar dc microgrid, a coordinated control strategy which is composed of droop method and disturbance observer based current feed-forward has been proposed for parallel operation of multiple voltage balancers.
