Abstract Vocational interests are traditionally conceived as stable preferences for different activities. However, recent theorizing suggests their intraindividual variability. This preregistered experience sampling study examined intraindividual variation in selected vocational interests states and related situation and person factors (N = 237 ...

Heterovalent, Homometallic Rings: Synthesis, Optical, and EPR Studies of {TiIV7TiIII} Complexes
A new class of heterovalent, homometallic complexes is reported, based on cyclic {TiIV7TiIII} cores with oxide and carboxylate bridges between nearest neighbors. The clusters show Class II mixed‐valent behavior at room temperature, but are valence localized at low temperature.

GRASS. II. Simulations of Potential Granulation Noise Mitigation Methods
We present an updated version of the GRanulation And Spectrum Simulator (GRASS) which now uses an expanded library of 22 solar lines to empirically model time-resolved spectral variations arising from solar granulation.

This work presents the synthesis and characterization of chiral dipicolinamide push–pull fluorophores. While possessing similar photophysical properties in solution, their solvent‐annealed thin films exhibit unexpected, nonreciprocal chiroptical activity in both absorption and emission, including a complete inversion of the chiroptical profile upon ...

Poincaré Bisectors in Hyperbolic Spaces
This paper has been withdrawn by the authors because it was not very clear. We have splitted the results into two different papers making them clearer and better understandable. Those papers may be found on arxiv under the names "From the Poincar\'e Theorem to generators of the unit group of integral group rings of finite groups" and "Dirichlet-Ford ...

Preventing wall deposition in duct flows: The role of particle number density and flow direction
Abstract Particle deposition in wall‐bounded turbulent flows is a challenge in many industries, including pneumatic conveying, filtration, and related applications. When particles accumulate near boundaries, they reduce transport efficiency, alter near‐wall flow structures, and cause blockage.

Investigating the Cytoskeleton of DRGs Using Cryo‐Electron Microscopy and Deep Learning
ABSTRACT We describe a method for determining the ultrastructural organization of axons and varicosities of cultured dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons using cryogenic electron microscopy (cryo‐EM). Cryo‐EM reveals the dimensions, proximity, and overall organization of biological specimens in a near‐native state, avoiding artifacts of fixation and ...

ABSTRACT Ab initio path integral Monte Carlo (PIMC) simulations constitute the gold standard for the estimation of a broad range of equilibrium properties of a host of interacting quantum many‐body systems spanning a broad range of conditions from ultracold atoms to warm dense quantum plasmas.
