Bisfenol A (BPA) simbol je kemijske globalizacije i kemikalizacije prirode koja je započela sredinom prošloga stoljeća.

This thesis study was conducted mainly to determine the amount of bisphenol-a, a monomer in polycarbonate plastic used in the production of pet bottles, in urine specimens of children. For this purpose, Ankara Medikalpark Hospital was chosen as the pilot region.The necessary permissions regarding the ethics of the study were taken in advance.

For instance, bisphenol A (BPA) has acetone as a reactant group, while bisphenol F (BPF) has a formaldehyde reactant group and bisphenol S (BPS) includes a sulfur trioxide reactant group.

Bu çalışmada farklı konserve gıdalarda BPA, BADGE ve türevlerinin miktarının eş zamanlı belirlenmesine olanak sağlayan bir metot geliştirilmiş ve bu metodun kapsamlı tek laboratuvar validasyonu yapılmıştır. Valide edilen metot ile 111 adet gıda örneğinde BPA,BADGE ve türevlerinin analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir.
