This study aims to reveal the freshwater mollusc assemblages from 6 sites sampled along Gonen cayi, a stream which flows into the southern Marmara Sea in north-western Turkiye. The stream was sampled using the multi-habitat sampling method with a hand net.

DESCRIPTION OF A NEW PSEuDOBITHYNIA N. SP (GASTROPODA: BITHYNIIDAE) FROM NORTHWEST TURKEY
2013The Family Bithyniidae widely distributed in the Balkans and is represented by two genera in Europe: Bithynia and Pseudobithynia. More recent data about the Bithyniidae shows that the majority of family members are distributed in the Balkans and especially Greece.

Science and innovations 2021: development directions and priorities
On the basis of fifteen years long probing, the species composition of trematode cercariae associated with prosobranch mollusks Bithynia tentaculata in the basin of lake Chany, the largest in the Western Siberia (Novosibirsk region), was estimated. There are 16 species cercariae of trematodes of 9 families.

В период с 2017 по 2019 г. было обследовано 48 водных объектов на территории г. Рязани, Спасского, Клепиковского, Сасовского районов Рязанской области. Выявлено три вида моллюсков семейства Bithyniidae: Codiella leachi (Sheppard, 1823), Bithynia tentaculata (Linnaeus, 1758) и B. Product (Moquin-Tandon, 1855).

Данное исследование посвящено анализу пространственного распределения моллюсков семейства Bithyniidae, являющихся первыми промежуточными хозяевами возбудителей описторхидозов, в водных экосистемах Липецкой области. Полевые работы проводились на реке Сосна в течение летних периодов 2023-2024 гг.
