Endocardial Biventricular Pacing
Pacing and Clinical Electrophysiology, 1998Simultaneous righ t and left ventricular pacing was performed in a 73‐year‐old man with coronary artery disease end‐stage congestive heart failure and a DDD pacemaker implanted for sick sinus syndrome. An endocardial LV lead was introduced transseptally after unsuccessful attempts to enter the coronary sinus.

Complications of biventricular pacing
Current Opinion in Cardiology, 2004Cardiac resynchronization therapy, a biventricular pacemaker-based therapy for heart failure, is increasingly being used based on a variety of clinical studies. However, the complications and risks related to different aspects of this novel therapy are not well documented.
