, 2008 Black grass bugs are common insects in native and introduced range grasses. These insects belong to a large and diverse family of true bugs (Hemiptera: Miridae). Many species of black grass bugs occur in the United States, including 23 Irbisia spp. and 8 Labops spp. The most common species in Utah include I. pacifica and L. hesperius.

Grassland Research, EarlyView.Plant species richness was greater in summer in both alpine and subalpine grassland ecosystems. Soil moisture demonstrates significant positive correlations with soil organic carbon and total nitrogen across seasonal periods. Microbial α‐diversity peaks during summer but maintains functional stability across seasons.

JCPP Advances, EarlyView.Based on data collected monthly from April to July 2020, we found that time spent playing outside and with other children were associated with lower internalising problems across time in preschool‐aged children, whereas more time spent playing alone was associated with more severe internalising problems.
