Redox‐Switchable Optical and Magnetic Properties in a Self‐Assembled Hexanuclear Ni(II) Double‐Decker Complex

open access: yesChemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.
A triangular double‐decker Ni6 complex self‐assembles from Ni(II), TMEDA, and a triphenylene tris dioxolene non‐innocent ligand, with two face‐to‐face tris‐semiquinone decks held by a strong covalent C─C interaction. This rigid scaffold delivers four reversible ligand‐centered redox events: oxidation switches on an intense near‐infrared band and ...

Accelerating the Roll‐Out of Modular Plants: From Engineering and Approval to Operation of Energy‐Efficient Modular Plants

open access: yesChemie Ingenieur Technik, EarlyView.
In the ENPRO REUNION project, a manufacturer‐independent modular plant concept was demonstrated by commissioning a pilot plant that integrated modules from different vendors and by expanding the module pool to include extraction and crystallization units.

Leading for Sustainability in Uncertain Times: How Paradoxical Leadership, Green Proactive Behaviour and Employee Ambidexterity Shape Sustainability Performance

open access: yesCorporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT As organisations confront growing environmental uncertainty, achieving sustainability requires more than formal policies; it depends on how leaders and employees respond to competing demands for stability, adaptation and environmental action. Although prior research has examined leadership, employee behaviour and sustainability outcomes, these

Crystallization of Cathode Active Material Precursors from Tartaric Acid Solution

open access: yesChemSusChem, Volume 18, Issue 6, March 15, 2025.
This work investigates a novel approach for closing the gap between recycling and production of lithium‐ion battery cathode material. The new concept is based on antisolvent crystallization of metal carboxylates, which can be directly used as precursors in production of cathode material.
