Vesicouterine fistula with vesical calculi secondary to IUD migration: a case report
Background Intrauterine device (IUD) migration leading to vesicouterine fistula (VUF) with vesical calculi is rare. This case is notable due to the absence of typical Youssef’s syndrome symptoms and the insidious presentation of a Type III VUF ...

TEAD1 Enhances Exosome Secretion and Promotes Exosome‐Mediated Tissue Regeneration
TEAD1 functions as a crucial molecular switch regulating exosome secretion in various cell types. TEAD1 enhances exosome secretion by upregulating key proteins associated with exosome secretion, including RAB11, CD9, and SNAP23. This study reveals a novel role for TEAD1 in regulating exosome secretion and tissue regeneration, particularly in diabetic ...

CLINICAL EVALUATION OF PIPEMIDIC ACID IN COMPLICATED URINARYi TRACT INFECTIONS FOLLOWING TRANSURETHRAL PROCEDURES [PDF]
Forty cases of complicated urinary tract infections after transurethral procedures were treated with pipemidic acid (PPA) at a daily dose of 1.5 g for 14 to 60 days. The results obtained were excellent in 21, good in 8 and poor in 11 cases.

In pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), insulin is associated with activation of PI3K/AKT–RAB3A signaling and enhanced secretion of TNFAIP8‐enriched exosomes from tumor cells. Uptake of these exosomes by fibroblasts is linked to TRIM21‐dependent STAT1 degradation and the emergence of myofibroblastic CAF–associated features, accompanied by increased

Posterior urethral valves with vesical calculus: A rare association
Posterior urethral valve and vesical calculus are individually among the most common causes of obstructive lower urinary complaints in children. There are very few reports of association between posterior urethral valves and bladder calculus.

USP35 Acts as a Deubiquitinating Enzyme for ID3 to Promote Immune Escape in Colorectal Cancer
USP35 stabilizes ID3 expression by deubiquitinating the K2/K30 site, thereby upregulating PD‐L1 and promoting immune escape in colorectal cancer. IU1, an inhibitor of USP35 enzyme activity, has been shown to inhibit USP35, thereby accelerating ID3 degradation, enhancing CD8+ T cell killing, and reversing the immunosuppressive microenvironment ...

β‐Adrenergic Signaling Promotes Anti‐Tumor Immunity in TP53‐mutant Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma
β‐adrenergic stimulation enhances anti‐tumor immunity in TP53‐deficient oral squamous cell carcinoma by inducing tumor‐derived secretion of CXCL10, which attracts and activates cytotoxic CD8+ T cells. The findings demonstrate that β‐adrenergic signaling alters tumor–immune interactions via CXCL10‐mediated paracrine activation, revealing a neuro‐immune ...
