A novel hetero‐bivalent agent, 68Ga/177Lu‐FZ‐NF‐1, concurrently targets Nectin‐4 and FAP in triple‐negative breast cancer. It yields significant preclinical tumor regression and clinically identifies additional metastatic lesions missed by 18F‐FDG PET, demonstrating promising theranostic potential for personalized management.

Self‐Assembling Peptide‐Adjuvant Conjugate (SaPAC) Platform for Precision Cancer Immunotherapy
A self‐assembling peptide–adjuvant conjugate links neoantigens to TLR7 agonism, forming cationic nanoparticles that enhance lymph‐node retention, dendritic‐cell activation, and antitumor T‐cell immunity. This chemically defined platform shows how synchronized antigen and innate stimulation can be adapted across melanoma, bladder cancer, and triple ...

MR IMAGING WITH STIR TECHNIQUE AND AIR INSUFFLATION FOR LOCAL STAGING OF BLADDER NEOPLASMS
Fifty-six patients with bladder carcinoma were studied with MR imaging for the assessment of the local stage, using the inversion recovery pulse sequence with fat suppression (STIR) with air in the bladder. With this technique images of the inner and the

SOX30 drives triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC) metastasis through a dual mechanism: direct activation of the TNFR2/NF‐κB signaling cascade and subsequent CCL20‐mediated recruitment of tumor‐associated macrophages (TAMs) into the tumor microenvironment.

Cautionary case of double carcinoma presenting as acute abdominal pain
Primary malignant neoplasms have been of great interest for a long time. A historical review mentioned the commoner combinations of organs and exemplified with primary cancer of the urinary bladder being associated with that of the uterine cervix, bowel,

A series of melatonin‐conjugated platinum(IV) prodrugs was functionalized with isocyanate chains (compounds 5‒12). MP‐12C (compound 11) was identified as the lead candidate, with optimal potency and safety. MP‐12C exhibited greater efficacy than cisplatin by increasing intracellular uptake, reshaping the extracellular matrix, activating the cGAS‐STING ...

Aspirin‐Derived Salicyl‐CoA Drives Histone Lysine Salicylation Regulated by CBP and SIRT2
Aspirin‐derived salicyl‐CoA serves as a previously unrecognized acyl donor for protein lysine salicylation. This study identifies histone lysine salicylation as a reversible epigenetic modification regulated by CBP and SIRT2, expanding the biochemical actions of aspirin beyond its canonical acetylation‐dependent mechanisms and providing a new framework
