In‐Situ Transmission Electron Microscope Investigation of the Calcination Behavior and Mechanism of Solid‐State Electrolyte Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3 (LATP)

This work reveals a resistive switching in high‐entropy oxide memristors through a coupling effect among oxygen vacancy dynamics, multi‐cation interactions, and lattice symmetry evolution. In situ TEM directly captures the monoclinic‐to‐cubic transformation and the formation of conductive pathways.

High‐Efficiency Lithium Sulfur Cells With Suppressed Polysulfide Solubility Using a Cost‐Effective Ammonium‐Based Ionic Liquid Electrolyte
