blandaltman: A command to create variants of Bland–Altman plots
Bland–Altman plots can be useful in paired data settings such as measurement-method comparison studies. A Bland–Altman plot has differences, percentage differences, or ratios on the y axis and a mean of the data pairs on the x axis, with 95% limits of agreement indicating the central 95% range of differences, percentage differences, or ratios.

Use of the Bland-Altman plot for graphical demonstration of results in the sharing economy
Today, the sharing economy is a widely discussed topic where people ask themselves what it is, how it works, and what it brings to the society. It occurs in many social spheres; this research paper focuses on the sharing economy in the field of transport.

Application of the Bland–Altman Plot for Interpretation of Method-Comparison Studies: A Critical Investigation of Its Practice [PDF]
Current guidelines for the combined graphical/statistical interpretation of method-comparison studies (1) include a scatter plot combined with correlation and regression analysis (2) and/or a difference plot combined with calculation of the 2s limits of the differences between the methods (the so-called 95% limits of agreement) (3)(4).

A review of
AbstractCurrent guidelines recommend using Bland–Altman plots (BA‐plots), also called Difference plots, as part of method comparison evaluation in the veterinary clinical pathology laboratory. Analysis of differences can meaningfully augment linear regression techniques and allows fuller summarization of the performance of two methods relative to each ...

Validation of spatial microsimulation models: a proposal to adopt the Bland-Altman method [PDF]
Model validation is recognised as crucial to microsimulation modelling. However, modellers encounter difficulty in choosing the most meaningful methods to compare simulated and actual values. The aim of this paper is to introduce and demonstrate a method

Using linear regression to assess dose-dependent bias on a Bland-Altman plot
Assessing agreement and possible interchangeability between two methods of clinical measurement, when there is no gold standard to compare with, is common in medical research (1,2).

Tracking wireless bio-medical sensors:result validation with the bland-altman plots [PDF]
In this paper, we present a series of experimental results of tracking an embedded sensor object similar in physical characteristics to telemetry capsules in the gastro-intestinal (GI) tract using radio frequency (RF) signals. A fair description of implementation detail is given in the body of the paper while focus is on analyzing the experimental ...

Background Circulating fatty acid-binding protein 4 (FABP4) is a marker for various diseases. It would be highly useful to have simple and less invasive techniques for the assessment of FABP4 concentrations in the clinical research setting.
