Abstract Asbestos has been used extensively in several applications. Once it is known as a dangerous mineral, its usage has been prohibited and its identification and remediation play a very important role from the health safety point of view. Nowadays, deep learning techniques are used in many applications, especially for image analysis.

Abstract Visual interpretation is extremely important in human geography as the primary technique for geographers to use photograph data in identifying, classifying, and quantifying geographic and topological objects or regions. However, it is also time‐consuming and requires overwhelming manual effort from professional geographers.

Advances and Prospects in Liquid Biopsy Techniques for Malignant Tumor Diagnosis and Surveillance
Liquid biopsy techniques are either labeled or label‐free. Labeled techniques use labels or probes to identify and isolate tumor components. Label‐free techniques use physical or chemical properties to identify tumor components, just like sheepdogs.

The Calogero–Moser derivative nonlinear Schrödinger equation
Abstract We study the Calogero–Moser derivative nonlinear Schrödinger NLS equation i∂tu+∂xxu+(D+|D|)(|u|2)u=0$$\begin{equation*} i\partial _t u +\partial _{xx} u + (D+|D|)(|u|^2) u =0 \end{equation*}$$posed on the Hardy–Sobolev space H+s(R)$H^s_+(\mathbb {R})$ with suitable s>0$s>0$.

Lattice reduced and complete convex bodies
Abstract The purpose of this paper is to study convex bodies C$C$ for which there exists no convex body C′⊊C$C^\prime \subsetneq C$ of the same lattice width. Such bodies will be called ‘lattice reduced’, and they occur naturally in the study of the flatness constant in integer programming, as well as other problems related to lattice width.

Abstract Aims This research aims to provide an overview of the consequences of undiagnosed nonadherence (noninitiation, suboptimal implementation, nonpersistence) in randomized clinical trials (RCTs). Methods This research was conducted by combining a literature review and qualitative semistructured interviews with key opinion leaders.

Summary X‐ray scattering experiments using free electron lasers (XFELs) are a powerful tool to determine the molecular structure and function of unknown samples (such as COVID‐19 viral proteins). XFEL experiments are a challenge to computing in two ways: (i) due to the high cost of running XFELs, a fast turnaround time from data acquisition to data ...
