Optical Charge Trap Memory Based on Graphene/ZnO Heterostructures for Long‐Term Retention and Adaptive Learning

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A biocompatible graphene/ZnO optical charge trap memory (CTM) is reported with over 54 h retention, enabled by interfacial photodoping. Using transient absorption spectroscopy and electrical analysis, charge transfer quenching is elucidated and reveal that a large energy barrier at the interface is responsible for long‐term memory retention.

Toward a Rational Design of Conjugated Copolymers with Oxygenated Side Chains for Boosting Thermoelectric Properties

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
The molecular design strategy that integrates both side chain and backbone engineering in diketopyrrolopyrrole‐based conjugated polymers to identify the optimal balance between doping efficiency and microstructural order is demonstrated. Comprehensive spectroscopic, electrochemical, morphological, and structural characterizations reveal that the ...

High‐Sublimation‐Temperature Additives for Efficient Perovskite Solar Cells via Single‐Source Evaporation

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
The introduction of high‐sublimation‐temperature additives during the mechanosynthesis of FAPbI3 powders enables the single‐source evaporation of phase‐pure, additive‐free FAPbI3 thin films of high optoelectronic quality. The additive‐engineered deposition process yields photovoltaic devices with stabilized efficiencies exceeding 18% for an active ...

Spatial Orientation‐Dependent Double Hydrogen Bond/Photoredox Cooperative Catalysis in Metal–Organic Frameworks

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
We report a heterogeneous double hydrogen bond/photoredox synergistic catalysis, wherein the flexibility and spatial orientation of catalytic centers, rather than catalyst activity, play a dominant role in catalytic performance. ABSTRACT Catalyst activity is typically the primary priority in designing a catalytic system. The higher catalyst activity is

Dual Impact of Long‐Lived Localized Carriers Induced by Restricted Hole Transfer in Organic Photovoltaics and Photocatalytic Hydrogen Evolution

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
This work clarifies why organic semiconductors perform differently in photovoltaic devices and photocatalytic nanoparticles. By examining D18:Y5 and PM6:Y6 systems, we show how aggregation, exciton lifetime, and interfacial charge transfer behavior govern energy‐conversion pathways.

Supramolecular Modulation of Photoinduced Charge Transfer: Tuning Between Tunneling and Incoherent Hopping

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
Molecular recognition guest binding can comprehensively modulate photoinduced charge‐transfer dynamics in the cyclophane host, including charge separation and recombination, via coherent superexchange and incoherent hopping. Unlike covalent donor–bridge–acceptor systems, this supramolecular approach avoids tedious syntheses and offers precise tuning of
