Myology and Osteology of Lupinoblennius Herre (Pisces: Blenniidae

Certain osteological characters of the genus Lupinoblennius Herre (Pisces: Blenniidae) indicate that it is a specialized member of the tribe Blenniini. Two of these characters are similar to those reported in more advanced tribes. Unifying this genus with the Blenniini are certain muscle patterns that appear unique for the tribe.
