Sinonasal Lymphoma Masquerading as Persistent Blepharoconjunctivitis

Sinonasal lymphoma, a rare nonepithelial malignant tumor often originates from the nose and paranasal sinuses. Typically, these lymphomas present with symptoms of nasal obstruction, discharge, epistaxis and facial swelling. Orbital extension results in ocular symptoms like proptosis, blurred vision and diplopia.
