The problem of the treatment of blepharoptosis
Orbit, 1986In ptotic lids with absent or poor levator function, the author uses flaps to imitate the condition as close to normal as possible. It is his experience that a variety of techniques proves satisfactory in the cases of moderate ptosis, but in more severe cases the final results are quite modest.
